La zona es muy tranquila y agradable.
La limpieza deja muchísimo que desear, al igual que la calefacción. Todo con mucho polvo, sucio, pelusas ya a excepción de los baños que estaban limpios. La calefacción la programan y hemos pasado frío, ya que la cortan durante el día y en la noche. En pleno invierno, con temperaturas bajas y un bebé se hace una estancia desagradable.
