Unfortunately, the bed was really uncomfortable. The headboard end was about 2-3 cm lower than the foot end (I actually measured it), so I had to sleep the other way round to compensate. I was only given one set of towels, and I had to ask for a second one — the property management's response to this request wasn't very polite either. I didn't expect fresh linens or towel changes during my stay, but I do think it's reasonable to have two sets of towels provided from the start, especially since the apartment is priced for two guests, even though I was staying there alone. Aside from that, I had no issues with communication. I also didn't feel very comfortable showering, as the shower cabin is quite small. I'm a petite woman, and even I found it cramped — the shower curtain kept sticking to my body while showering, which wasn't pleasant, and there's nowhere to put shampoo bottles (no shelves). So overall, this apartment is probably better suited to shorter, more compact guests.
