Excellent boutique hotel in a great location - it strikes a good balance of being very close to attractions, restaurants, and shops but is across the bridge, so the hotel area is never crowded. The staff was good: friendly and attentive, and English was spoken well. As a final note: I was worried the breakfast wouldn't be accessible to an American palate, but it was excellent. They run a buffet style spread in the morning and I was very happy with it. Overall, I highly recommend and enjoyed my stay.
During our stay we had a minor issue with the room door - the staff immediately addressed and repaired within the hour.

WI-FI отвратительный, пришлось пользоваться роуминговым интернетом. Заказали в номер несколько блюд, в новогоднюю ночь. Хинкали отвратительные, с явно не свежей мясной начинкой. Имеретинские хачапури, одно название, одно тесто без сыра. Завтрак с 08:00 до 11:00. В 10:45, есть было почти нечего.
