We arrived late and the owner stayed up late and waited on us to check in, very much appreciated. The room was nice, really liked having a recliner in the room.
A rooster crowed a lot, very near proximity.

The location of the Inn was ideal for us. The room was clean and well appointed, even including toothbrushes. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The cost of the Inn was very inexpensive. It was obvious that the owners take pride in their establishment!

Nothing...
There's nothing Royal in this motel. Arrived around 8pm and just looking at the surrounds I knew I've made a mistake booking this despite some positive reviews. Typical look of a cheap motel with vaulted ceiling.
Room still had the stench of a heavy smoker, with cheap bed coverings. Inside the paint job seemed pretty ok. It was clean, towels and shampoo...however there's was no toilet paper....luckily I had some in my car.
The entry door was missing the deadbolt, only locking from the door handle. No door chain, I had to put a chair in my door handle( thank you Jason Bourne). Safety was not guaranteed.
