Posizione perfetta per conoscere Bari e soprattutto la Bari Vecchia. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile, disponibile e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessaria.

Vieta gera, prie pat senamiesčio, gana tylu. Apartamentai gerai suplanuoti, erdvūs, švarūs. Gerai įrengta dušo patalpa. Įsiregistravimas greitas ir sklandus. Kambarių tvarkytoja dirba kruopščiai.
Nėra nei virtuvės, nei šaldytuvo, nei terasos, nors aprašyme jie nurodyti (viskas remontuojama ir bent kol kas neveikia). Nėra jokių stiklinių ar puodelių nei kitų indų ar įrankių, nėra net paprasčiausių plastikinių stiklinių vonios patalpoje. Šviestuvai stovi prie lovos abiejose pusėje, bet vienoje pusėje net nėra rozetės įjungimui, lemputės šviestuve taip pat nėra. Spintoje nėra nė vienos pakabos rūbams. Už vienintelių durų į lauką (galbūt po remonto ten bus terasa) įrengti keli kondicionieriai, todėl atidarius duris trukdo nuolatinis triukšmas, o uždarius - nėra kuo kvėpuoti. Nėra vietos pasidėti lagaminams. Vonios patalpoje esanti kriauklė graži, bet nepatogi (vanduo taškosi aplink), trūksta kabliukų ir lentynėlių rūbams, rankšluosčiams, kosmetikos ir higienos reikmenims.
