Had such a fun and comfortable stay at this place! The location was super convenient — close to restaurants, grocery stores, and even hospitals, which made everything so accessible.
The place itself was very spacious, clean, and had such a beautiful view that made our stay even more relaxing. Special thanks to the host for being so accommodating, kind, and easy to deal with throughout our stay.
We enjoyed it so much that we’re already planning to book again on our way back to Cebu. Highly recommended! 🤍
Unfortunately, the pool was not available during our stay, but everything else made up for it.

Magnifique petit appartement au 28° étage d'une tour avec gardien.
Lit confortable, eau chaude, excellent Wifi.
En arrivant on nous a porté nos bagages comme dans un palace.
Très belle vue sur la ville.
Superbes piscines au 5° étage pour 100php/pers
Très bonne communication et réactivité du propriétaire par WhatsApp.
Très central avec de nombreux restaurants au pied de l'immeuble et un 7/11 pratique.
Il y a une bouilloire mais du café soluble a disposition aurait été un plus

- amazing view from the apartment! It's on 28th floor
- hidden gem for this price
- swimming pools!
- super comfy bed+ netflix etc
- not so noisy in spite of being so centric because of being so high
- restaurants, massages, shops, everything extremely close by
- the lift was sometimes problematic and long waiting
- weird smell when entering apartment (but it wasn't bothering in the end and I'm really smell-sensitive person!)
- no private balcony or so
- fridge was full of water
- shower pressure really low
