Stunning city centre flat with a terrace

Amazing terrace, kitchen, nice bathroom with beautiful complimentary toiletries to use. Beautiful views, quiet complex with beautiful waterways all around. Amazing accessibility to the city and local amenities. Lovely spots to sit next to the water directly outside the apartment building. Check in was easy and straight forward - I would definitely return, I would recommend to others, however there were some negatives, should they be improved - this would be a 10/10 stay!

The second bed advertised, the sofa bed in the front room, is not fit to be advertised as a second bed. This is a one bedroom property, unless you’re happy to sit up whilst you’re attempting to sleep in the sofa bed. The hosts have kindly provided an additional topper to go on top do the sofa bed, but honestly, it makes 0 difference. Do not rent this expecting the sofa bed to be adequate or comfortable. It was like lying on planks of wood. It resulted in me finding alternative accommodation for the first night, to not disturb the other member of my party. The toilet roll provided wasn’t even a 1/4 full, with no additional toilet roll provided. So we had no toilet roll before the end of our first evening - something we had to purchase quickly, changing our plans to accommodate this. The host argued that this was enough toilet roll for 2 nights for 2 guests. There were not appropriate cleaning products left in the kitchen to wash the dishes we used. When I contacted the host about this feedback, i was disappointed that the host had got defensive initially. Suggesting everything provided was enough that I were to purchase anything else, which was not the case. The blind in the bedroom doesn’t come to the floor so it’s quite a bright room, an easy fix with curtains would dramatically change the sleeping experience in the bedroom Hosts should take the feedback at the first point, instead of needing a firmer worded message in response. A disappointing response at the end of a trip we had overlooked several issues so far - when i contacted it was out of courtesy to inform directly, rather than just by review. I no longer wished to continue the conversation to feedback due to the lack of willingness to receive it. I would however rent this place again, but with the awareness this is a 1 bedroom property - and to bring toilet roll so you’re not caught short!

Great location in the canal, close to the city center

Appartamento pulito, molto carino e ben arredato, dotato di diversi comfort: riscaldamento regolabile, TV con PlayStation e una cucina completa di tutto il necessario (bollitore, tostapane, microonde, ecc.). Anche il bagno è ben fornito, con saponi per corpo e capelli già disponibili. Il terrazzino affacciato sul canale è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza, molto piacevole. L’host, Andres, si è dimostrato molto disponibile e attento, fornendo un manuale completo sull’utilizzo della casa e consigli utili su cosa fare e dove mangiare. La posizione non è centralissima, ma è comunque comoda grazie ai tram frequenti, con fermata nelle vicinanze, che permettono di raggiungere facilmente il centro.

All’arrivo abbiamo trovato la finestra aperta, probabilmente causa della temperatura molto bassa dell’appartamento, che è rimasto freddo per diverse ore nonostante l’accensione del riscaldamento. Avremmo inoltre apprezzato la presenza di asciugamani per il viso oltre a quelli da doccia, e qualche dotazione extra come caffè, tè o tisane.
