The staff at the reception were excellent, and they helped us when we needed it, unlike the host.

It was not clean before our arrival, especially in the kitchen and balcony. The host was very furious and called us several times when he needed the rent money. When we needed some assistance, he never picked up our call nor saw our messages. The response about service was poor. Moreover, in the description it was mentioned that there will be daily housekeeping; however, none came. When we asked the host about it, he said you have to pay for housekeeping. Lastly, it is also mentioned that there will be a washing machine, though there was none found at the apartment. Another important point is that the manager of the property is a different person, and the host is a different person, which makes things complicated while communicating about problems.
