Location was convenient to travel around Dubai different Cities. The transport to Al Rashidiya Metro Centre Point from the Apartment there is a bus 310 goes direct to the Metro. The bus stand just a walking distance of 10 minutes. Also Dragon Mall is very close to the Apartment. It is walking distance from the Apartment.
Arlsan/Malik gave us so comfort and made ready for the early check-in. We were travelling long haul flight from London and tired, Arlsan until apartment is ready we were in his office and offered tea and water. I think it is a great gesture from Arlsan.

Location is excellent. Amenities were good. Cleanliness is also good. Would highly recommend to business travelers
Loud noise during works. Also difficult to access public transport and taxis
