Charming Flat with Traditional & Elegant Style

The location was perfect. Downstairs you have restaurants and short walk to Pasalimani. I also liked the space. It was a big apartment and a good comfortable bedroom.

The cleanliness was unacceptable. There was dust everywhere. Hairs in the sofa and rubbish left behind. The bigger issue was one set of keys. We couldn't go out separately without having a plan as we couldn't get in individually. The lockbox outside broke for several days and the response from the management team was very poor. Last point, the furniture is extremely dated.

It's a very nice traditionally decorated apartment, traditional furniture and at the same time super modern renovated bathroom and kitchen. I also love how spacious it is. The location is extremely convenient, short walk to metro, supermarket, marina and the beach isn't far either. There's lot of life in the street outside and you'll typically hear a local musician playing below your balcony which makes for a great atmosphere.

Key lock box is in a strange location, but it's not a big deal.
