The property itself was nice. The interior looked just like the photos. The place was renovated in some spots. Bedrooms spacious and baths as well. WiFi connectivity was good.

Lack of communication during an emergency (door key pad malfunctioned battery died and we couldn’t enter property) on our second night there. This is the 4th day since checking out and despite multiple calls to the ON SITE emergency (8 plus calls, 6 emails and messaging and being stuck outside at night for almost 5 hours) no one has called us to apologize or remedy what happened. We even stopped by the local office on our way out, got the property manager’s phone number and Mr Atkin’s email and he has yet to respond to us. We had to spend our own money on a locksmith to get into the property and it was almost 1am when we were able to enter apartment but no one has cared to answer us. We have stayed at multiple properties and have never been treated in this manner. I know they switched property management but this is not an excuse for poor customer service and lack of follow through when things go wrong. We were stuck outside for almost 5 hours in the dark with children and no one cared to help the day of or even call the days after. Totally unacceptable.
