Rooms were well maintained.

Rooms could be a bit bigger

The room is very clean and looks very new

The location. It's not closer to restaurants or Malls. The forum mall is located on the opposite side of the hotel. But if going there by walking, you have to cross a highway which is very risky as it doesn't have a zebra crossing nearby

The room was a reasonable size. Bed was big and comfortable. Both the bathroom and bedroom were clean. We were offered two adjacent rooms of a good price. The young man at the front desk worked very hard to keep the place running.

We initially had a 3 night stay which we cut short after the first night due to multiple problems. We had 3 power cuts in the space of 12 hours and the back up generator was slow to restart the electricity. The second power cut was particularly worse as me and my family woke up sweating with no air con or fan working. I had to WhatsApp the reception working downstairs to fix the issue and it took a long time to resolve. We could hear another hotel stayer arguing with the front desk as it was not being fixed quickly. Noise was a problem both from inside and outside. The infrastructure was also poor as the hotel is based on a very busy main Street and every time a lorry drove past the room would literally shake. There was no toilet roll or mini fridge. In the morning we could not get the hot water in the shower to work no matter how long we left the tap running. I am confused why this property has received so many positive reviews but unfortunately our experience was poor.
