The location is near the Cabo de Palos marina. We were scuba diving and the location was quite convenient. There was parking directly in front of the apartment. The host, Fran, responded quickly to our booking and was very friendly and accommodating when we checked in late. During the winter, the area is very quiet though I imagine it is quite busy during the high season.
The bathroom is quite small but functional. The heater in the living room is not adequate to keep the room warm in the winter but the room is quite spacious and comfortable.
