The apartment had no house manual. We could not get the fire to work properly (the smoke kept coming into the room through a grate in the chimney which was broken), and it took us some while to work out how the sauna worked. We emailed to ask for assistance and received no response. The telephone number for maintenance didn't work. Therefore we were unable to have a fire whilst we stayed. This was very annoying after a day in the cold.
Annoyingly after we left I received 10+ automated emails asking for feedback. Very annoying I had no communication when I actually needed it.
