Cleanliness, kitchen facilities, lots of pillow & toto. Bathroom has sufficient toiletries & both bathrooms has sitting toilet, good for OKU people.
Front gate cannot close properly.

Clean, quite, close to durian farms. Equipped with fridge, washing machine. Aircond only on the hall and 1 of the room, no aircond for other 2 room.
Possibly add an aircond to all the rooms

The house is clean and spacious. Basic amenities are available. To be able to park inside the house compound is very convenient. The area is calm and breezy. Even though there is no AC in each room, the temperature is comfortable to sleep in.
What can be improve are to add internet facility and water dispenser. Maybe add chrome cast or mira cast to transform the TV to mimic SMART TV Capabilities. Otherwise, everything else is good given the price is reasonable.
