No, later then 30 mins after booking, our family van had a transmission failure on our way back from a Business/Family trip to Texas. I had to extend here in Texas until I can get into a dealership after the weekend. Joy and Evolve worked very quickly to cancel and issue a refund. And for that I am grateful and will Definitely look to book in the future with my family. Thank you again for the speedy process as we try to get home to Indiana.
