すべての部屋が綺麗に保たれていた。
冷蔵庫の中に使いかけの焼肉のタレなどがあったけど、それは、使う気にはならなかった。

色々と細かいリクエストに対応していただけました。
妻が朝起きたらダニ？に刺されたと何箇所か赤くなっており、ちょっと残念がっていました。別荘地の一画なので、比較的清潔でしたが、綺麗好きの方はかなり厳しいと思います。
また施設周辺は飲食できる場所は１０分以上車で離れていますので、ゆっくりしたい方は事前に購入しての滞在がベストです。
また入退場ルートが別荘地なので、普通のナビ通りでは行き着けません。別荘地と一般道とを仕切るために閉鎖されている部分が多々あります。
私たちも帰路に何度も袋小路に迷い込みました。その場合の解消法ですが、軽井沢おもちゃの王国を通過するルートではないと入退場できないので、覚えておいた方がいいと思います。

The property is good overall, however we booked as a group of 8 and it is a bit small for a group of 8. We would have appreciate if we have been told in advance that there are only 6 single beds available.
The toilet washlet was not working during our whole stay which was a big discomfort for all of us.
Also, as it was summer, we really felt the need to have an air conditioner (could have been a portable one as well) or at least a fan. There was not even a fan available at the property.
