Lakey Peak Haven

Couldn’t recommend Lakey Peak Haven more highly. Michael and Made were honestly the best hosts we could have asked for and made our whole stay in Lakey so memorable. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. They helped us organise everything from taxis and bike hire to sharing all their local knowledge about the different surf breaks, conditions and where to surf each day. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always happy to help. We actually had another accommodation booked for the second part of our trip, but loved it here so much that we decided not to leave and extended our stay instead, which probably says it all! The place itself has such a relaxed atmosphere, with an amazing pool area to come back to after a surf, and the homemade food was incredible. More than anything though, it was Michael and Made’s hospitality that made the stay so special. We arrived as guests and genuinely felt like we were leaving friends. Thank you both so much for everything. We had the best time and will 100% be staying here again when we come back to Lakey Peak!

Honestly, nothing! We loved our stay and even extended it because we didn’t want to leave. We’ll definitely be back.

Location and vibe

Made, Michael and their family & staff were extremely welcoming. Loved the retro charm and reminded me of my 1st ever visit to Bali over 30 years ago. The gardens are beautiful. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable and breakfast in the morning was delicious. The swimming pool is fabulous too.
