Villa Waldeck

Locatie was fantastisch, mooie villa met 3 appartementen. Tram en bushalte vlakbij! Vanuit het appartement kan je al wandelingen gaan maken in dit fantastisch natuurgebied. Boodschappen kan je in de nabijheid halen. Appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien en je kan in de tuin heerlijk zitten.

Niet veel, maar het is een oude verbouwde Villa met houten vloeren waardoor je de bovenburen kon horen lopen

Na prawdę fajna i piękna miejscówka otoczona lasem i skałami. Ogród fantastyczny, zawsze miło było wypić lampkę wina po wycieczkach :) Do centrum kursuje zabytkowy tramwaj (bilet w cenie opłaty uzdrowiskowej) - przystanek praktycznie pod domem. No i nie kursuje w nocy więc nie budzi. Wyposażenie kuchni - o matko! - nawet woreczki papierowe i foliowe na kanapki były, malutkie bidony na wycieczki i folia spożywcza. Mąż powiedział, że najwygodniejsze łóżko w jakim spał na wszystkich wyjazdach ;) ja od siebie dodam poduszki - w końcu nie do spania prawie na siedząco tylko normalne!!! W oknach moskitiery - obawiałam się komarów, czy innych owadów w apartamencie ale nie było to najmniejsyzm problemem. W całym domu pięknie pachnie - nie było wilgoci (koniec sierpnia) a i pościel, ręczniki pięknie pachniały, a do tego po komentarzach w innych miejscach czeskiej i saksońskiej Szwajcarii miałam obawy. Aha - gospodarze cudowni, od razu zareagowali na naszą prośbę!!! Dziękuję!

Lovely place. This is our second time staying there and it was again a very nice experience. A serenely relaxing flat and wonderfully located to access the national park. On our last day public transport wasn’t running early enough for us to catch our train and the host arranged a friend of hers to take us. Incredible!

The WiFi is essentially non existent. Certainly not good enough to work (oftentimes not strong enough to even access email, and downloading anything is out of the question). I know the owners acknowledge this and say that they imagine the home to be an escape from technology, but it is really important. For people like us who live in a city and try to take as much advantage as we can of a weekend in nature, being able to work from the vacation home allows us to extend our trip, to fully enjoy nature. Without it, we don’t have enough time to make the trip to begin with. The WiFi matters — a lot. Unfortunately, we cannot stay here again until the WiFi improves, which is really a shame. If it gets fixed, please let us know and we’ll be back.
