The view and location was amazing! Easy access to the beach with rinse stations were perfect. The couch and master bed was comfortable. The pools were clean and refreshing. A regular coffee pot and a kurig were both available for us coffee lovers.

The washing machine didn't work so that was a bummer, but clean towels were delivered twice, which was great. The TV in one of the spare bedrooms didn't work, and the cushions on the outdoor seats and master bedroom chairs were so flat you could feel the wood slats and wicker through them. They were very uncomfortable and need new cushions. The condo is old and outdated feeling, but it was clean and comfortable for the most part. Would be nice if the ice maker in the refrigerator was hooked up and working. Also the outlet on the balcony didn't work and couldn't be reset so we could not plug in a fan or a speaker while enjoying the balcony. Lots of little things needed to be fixed or updated, but thats to be expected in a rental. Overall it was a good space for our party of 10 to stay for a family vacation.

Location was great. It was in the heart of everything.

We love Pelican Pointe as we come once a year. However we won’t be utilizing this condo again. We love the location.

Almost every appliance was broke which made for a not so relaxing vacation. The dishwasher wouldn’t latch, washing machine made a grinding noise and wouldn’t spin water out, dryer wouldn’t dry towels unless turned on 3x and water was coming out of the ceiling light in master bath, multiple outlets did not have outlet covers. Very disappointing. We checked out a day early. 👎
