Staff named Kadek Bull was really helpful from the time of our arrival into the villa. We arrived late around 11pm and since there was no drinking water, I called Bull and he straight away got us bottled drinking water after midnight. Also cooking gas was finished and once we advised him of the same the very next day this was changed without any delays. He was really great as he responded very quickly to our messages and calls. Bed was super comfy which was awesome.

Cleanliness in the bathroom sink. And some insects coming inside the living area at night. As the gaps below the tiles did not have the grouts which resulted in the worms etc crawl inside the room. But it was great there was a insect spray available so we managed to get through that. Pool was not clean.

Great location

Bugs and insects everywhere. Mould in bedrooms and bathrooms which made the place smell. Air conditioners were subpar which made sleep uncomfortable.
