Vivienda Turística de Alojamiento Rural - Labrucena

Muy bien ubicada, la vivienda muy cómoda y completa. Muy buenas vistas de la sierra, y no pasamos calor siendo verano. La vivienda está muy bien ubicada para moverse por el pueblo, pero muy tranquila, se pudo dormir con las ventanas abiertas a pesar de ser las fiestas. Muy contentos!! Y fueron muy atentos con nosotros.

The apartment was actually a house. It is situated in a pretty and quiet village, although I happened to stay there during a village festivity (15–17 May), which included fireworks, a band playing music along the street, a small funfair, and a general sense of euphoria. Regarding the house, it was clean and stocked with all the necessary equipment for cooking, including tea and coffee. When not eating at a local restaurant, my partner and I very much enjoyed dining on the roof, where there is a table and chairs. The view from there was excellent, with mountains all around and the ruins of a castillo (castle) visible in the distance. The locals seemed friendly, and the few restaurants were not too expensive. The local restaurant-bar Fuente Parrilla also had some good choices for vegetarians, and the staff were friendly as well. I cannot comment on the other restaurants, as I did not visit them. We followed a trek for a few miles, first to the castillo and then along the mountainside. Parking is not available on the street, but there are car parks not too far away. From Abrucena, we were able to drive to the Sierra Nevada for trekking, or to the Tabernas Desert, a famous landscape where many spaghetti westerns were filmed, including Sergio Leone’s trilogy. Overall, it was a very good stay, and I wish I could have stayed longer.

Tranquilidad absoluta con vista a la Sierra desde la ventana de la habitación. Cama confortable con TV de pantalla grande. Estufa de leña XXL muy eficiente con horno incorporado.Muchas posibilidades para las personas que le gustan la naturaleza y el senderismo.
