The property was spotlessly clean , modern with x2 good sized bedrooms, loved the vanity mirror and dressing table. Clear and quick check-in instructions. Host easily contactable and assertive. Would defiently stay again.

The living room was freezing despite the heating being on and the door closed . The hall and the bedrooms heated up lovely. Directions for parking are slightly unclear.

Good location, dedicated parking, attentive owner.

Provided extensive feedback to the host who was apologetic and responsive and seemed genuinely keen to take the feedback on board to improve for future guests. Quality of cleaning in general was very poor. Did not look like it had been properly cleaned at all. Host did offer to send cleaners in again but this would have been disruptive to our stay so we declined. Did not want to spend our first evening being cleaned around or having to go out for a couple of hours having only just arrived. Dust on skirting boards and shelving areas, hairs visible on some surfaces Old toiletries left in shower (presumably shower hadn’t been cleaned) False eyelash clusters in one of the blankets Plinth beneath washing machine is loose constantly falling down on people’s toes Window in one bedroom room has a loose handle and cannot be fully secured, this also increases draft and noise leakage from outside Loose flooring strips in doorway to bathrooms is a trip hazard Limitation on hot water meant we had to fill a bath with boiled kettles for our son in order to get out for a family meal. Owner helped boost water but was too slow to warm up. Radiator in en suite bathroom not working TLC needed in walls and removal of old glue from old adhesive hooks. Kitchen cupboards need some attention. A tea towel and enough hand soap by kitchen sink would be handy. As well as more than 3 tumblers (these were also dirty) 2 pillows per person would be great Working lamp in living room needed We had to spend time cleaning the toilets and bathrooms in general before using. Carpets didn’t appear to have been hoovered at all. The general finish and decor looks great and this flat would be amazing if the details above could be addressed. Would not have paid the price we did for the standard of accommodation provided in hindsight.
