Good location with easy parking.
Property has all the basics for a confortable stay.
We did stay in the heat which provably made things more noticable but the linnen wasnt great and so very hot and unconfrotable. Tiny bedside fans provided but probably needed more. House overall is a bit worn garden furniture a bit saggy and broken and windows hars to open. Its was fine for a base for us but compared to our last hkuse stay it was worn and seems to just be basic for high turnover of guests. Check in is 4pm and our is 9.30 which is quite tight as typically expect 3pm to 10am.

Very spacious for our family of 6. Comfortable home and nice area. We had an issue with the back patio door not locking and Henry came straight over to resolve it. This made us feel very appreciative and safe. Thank you Henry.
Was generally clean but could do with a deep clean especially around areas which are less noticeable like behind sofas and corners, windows etc

The house was lovely and perfect for our stay, the beds were comfy and the shower was nice
The bins outside the front of the house were overflowing and smelly
The washing machine was filled with dirty bedding and towels
The towels were dirty
We had to wash up anything we used in the kitchen before using it and they were dirty
The toilet seats were sliding off the side
