Spacious, Clean, Functioning laundary machine and dryer (but no detergent). Fully loaded kitchen. Comfortable beds.
Good location in a quiet residential area - <10min. leisurely walk downhill to the downtown (small uphill when coming back to the property) and short drive to Great Smoky Mt NP entrance/ visitor center (Parking permit mandatory even with NP annual pass). 4th floor with elevator right next to it. Lock box at the door (Fast contactless check in & out)
The condominium has a unique structure with each unit on the entire floor (No next door unit). Ample parking space.
It was very clean but a lot of dust in the areas like under the rugs & beds. When the rug was accidently moved little bit, a lot of dust was floating in the air. It seemed that no one cleaned the covered areas for a long time.
Big bath tub but the plug was leaking so we couldn't use it. There is no plug in the bathtub in the small bedroom.
