It is a quiet and spacious place. The bed was quite comfortable for Brazilian standards. It was clean and it was easy to communicate with our host.
The kitchen is lacking in (advertised) utensils - a coffee maker and some new pans would really improve the kitchen. The location was not where I expected it to be based on booking - but it was located conveniently for us anyway.
The toilet in our room didn’t flush properly, but the one in the living room did not have that problem.
Neutral: there are no windows, and while we did not have mosquitoes, that might have been luck.
