Rapport qualité prix, moderne. L’hôte est vraiment à l’écoute et réactif. Les robinets ont été changés suite à notre demande. Je recommande à 1000%

Very spacious, clean and private

La villa est idéalement située, à seulement 5 minutes de la plage de Mae Nam. Nest, l’hôte, est extrêmement réactif et répond toujours rapidement aux demandes, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir parfaitement pris en charge. La villa est magnifique, conforme aux photos, propre et très confortable. Je recommande vivement ce lieu à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour serein et en toute confiance.

Tommy is Property Manager, nice guy. Villa wasn't what I expected. The facilities were long in the tooth. See sink photo.

$250/NI., 2 star house with 5 star pricing. No luggage racks, no washcloths, thin, See-thru towels, wrong wi-fi password (TWICE), No Dryer, Absolutely the cheapest faucets ever seen. NO Hot water at any sink!!!! For shaving and dish washing, dishwasher…Shower didn’t have water diverter, just on off Faucette, heat was controlled by Heat Exchanger, Cheapest door locks ever. HOB was extremly difficult to use. No paper towels, so spatula, One frying pan. No mention of 10K Baht Deposit. Broken Display on one of the AC Controllers. 7 Baht per KW Hour, cannot see actual power line from pole to house so I was not sure what meter I was looking at. At least 1KM from Ring Road on NARROW, winding, blind corner roads, Electric Grill rusted so bad no one would use including Property Manager, 10K Baht Deposit not mentioned in Booking ad. Washer will electrocute you when removing clothes if not unplugged from wall outlet. BLAZING, DIRECT, Scorching sun all day long, MBR is an OVEN. LR and KITCHEN are HOT. The Electric METER is HUMMING….. for the 4 day stay, the electric cost was 1100 Baht. Not sure if that was good or not.
