The apartment is in a very good location in Martil, which was definitely a plus. However, the place needs a deep cleaning and some maintenance. The shower water became cold after about 5 minutes, so if you are staying as a family, everyone has to space out their showers to have warm water. The owner manages the property remotely. On the morning of checkout, we texted to ask where to leave the key, and he told us to leave it inside. After I asked about the parking garage key, he said he would send someone, but after waiting for a while, I could not wait any longer and had to leave the key at the café shop instead. The door lock was also broken and should be repaired. Hopefully these issues will be addressed so the apartment can be better organized for future travelers
