Etat de propreté parfait, très bonne literie (matelas) Equipements de la cuisine complets et récents. Présence vélos et lit bébé. Site très calme grâce à l'éloignement de la mer (22 minutes à pied). Contact facile avec la propriétaire qui nous a permis de rester jusqu'à 13H00 (prévoir que le lave-vaisselle dure +- 2H à lancer très tôt après le déjeuner pour départ prévu à 10H00 dans conditions initiales)
Escalier d'accès au premier étage très raide (escalier à pas japonais)

Le gîte était idéal.par son emplacement top pour nos activitéq autour, par ses espaces intérieurs et extérieur. Nous avons également beaucoup aimé le billard /babyfoot/hockey/ ping pong et lzs fléchettes 🙂 Le voisinage était super sympathique aussi. Mention spéciale aussi pour tout l'équipement cuisine qui ne manquait de rien. Le confort du salon et la chaleur du poele à bois par temps frais était un pur bonheur. Le lit était.trés très comfortable. Disposer de vélos était extra aussi.
Juste attention à la prise salle de bain: utiliser le sèche chevzux fait sauter les plombs. Ce n'est pas un souci pour nous et on a bien ri dans le.noir à rétablir ke courant. 😀

We have spent 11 nights in “Neblo” over the Xmas and New Year period. The house is very comfortable and well situated close to the Westende beaches with walking and cycling opportunities in the surroundings. We appreciated the cozy living room with a great fireplace, tv and equipment to play music via a Bluetooth connection. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are plenty of plates, cups and glasses for any type of drink. The owners had installed a small Christmas tree and there was a bottle of sparkling wine for us to celebrate the new year. They had also left plenty of wood for the fireplace. We liked the many games (table football, pool billiard, darts board) and collection of books (all in Dutch). The master bedroom is spacious with a comfortable bed. The other 2 rooms are a bit smaller and have 2 single beds in each room. We were only three, but 5 to 6 persons can easily stay in this house. The bathroom and toilet were up to standard. The small fenced off grass garden was perfect for our 3 dogs. We also used the available bikes for one day. There were 3 adult bikes of which only 2 were in working order. They were all right, but if you plan serious cycling, we recommend bringing your own bikes. Communication with the owners was excellent! There is no bathroom upstairs and the stairs need to be negotiated with care. It was no problem for us, but this should be considered by older guests. Overall, we were quite impressed by this nice house and we certainly consider to come back here in the future.
