Great value! Also, unit was in a great location about 2 minutes' walk from Woolwich station on the Elizabeth Line, and not far from the Overground as well, so great for accessing both central and south London (e.g., London Bridge station). Bed and linens were comfortable, and the unit also includes a microwave, hot plate, TV, and sink for cooking basic meals. Fanny was friendly and helpful with check-in!

Slight amounts of cleanliness issues (though definitely livable): the carpet wasn't the cleanest. To the host: I'd recommend perhaps removing the carpet entirely and replacing the couch with an inexpensive IKEA table and two chairs, since both the carpet and sofa were quite worn. The floor also could use a bit of a more thorough cleaning. The bathroom and kitchen sink lack hot water. This isn't really an issue (the shower has hot water), but good to be aware of. Heat is provided by totally adequate space heaters. Finally, it's also in a mixed-use building with a butcher that opens fairly early and is a bit noisy and a salon that has products that can have some strong fragrances, so 1) recommend keeping the window open during the day and 2) don't expect to be able to sleep in on weekdays.
