La struttura prevedeva chiaramente due letti per quattro persone oppure un letto e un divano letto (l’annuncio forniva informazioni discordanti), ma al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un solo letto matrimoniale. Il divano letto descritto nell’annuncio non era presente e, di conseguenza, due persone non avevano un posto adeguato dove dormire. Il piccolo divano disponibile, oltre ad essere scomodo e non idoneo ad accogliere due persone, era completamente inadatto al sonno. Questo ha costretto due ospiti a dormire in condizioni inaccettabili, causando anche un forte mal di schiena. Inoltre, la struttura dichiarava la disponibilità di asciugamani per quattro persone e di un asciugacapelli, ma abbiamo trovato solo due asciugamani e nessun asciugacapelli. Purtroppo, anche il livello di pulizia era assolutamente insufficiente: il pavimento e la cucina erano appiccicosi, le lenzuola erano sporche, l’asciugatrice era piena di bucato lasciato da tempo. Queste condizioni sono ben lontane dagli standard minimi accettabili e non corrispondono a quanto pubblicizzato sull’annuncio.
