- liebe- und stilvolle Ausstattung - hoher Komfort - guter und schneller Service - schöne Gemeinschaftsräume - zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, sich zu beschäftigen (Tischtennisplatte, Bücherregale, Trampolin, usw.) - gute Lage (Supermarkt fußläufig in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar)
Einzige Anmerkungen sind, dass die Badewanne keinen separaten Brausekopf hat und die Dusche keine Tür (das Wasser spritzt beim Duschen auf den Boden).
