The location and the environment
Just the fact that we could not get the ac to work in one of the room and the fact that there was no pool towel

Extremely peaceful upscale community with great amenities. Property is in a great location that allows you to have great privacy and views.
No dryer, no hot water after 5-10 minutes which was not good for our group.
