Although we didn't end up staying, the apartment looked nice, and we really appreciated how professionally and honestly the situation was handled. The refund was processed without any issues, and the host was polite and helpful throughout. We would definitely consider booking again in the future.
Unfortunately, when we arrived, the apartment had not been cleaned and was not ready for our stay. We tried calling the host without success at first, so we contacted Booking.com for assistance.Shortly afterwards, the host contacted us through the Booking.com messaging system, sincerely apologized and explained the situation for which the apartment was not ready for us.
