A szállásadó rendkívül kedves. A kilátás a városra és a tengerre az első szobából és a nagy teraszról csodálatos.
Nincs konyha és konyhaszekrény, pakolásra alkalmas tároló és mosogató sem. Ez megnehezítette a napi rutint. A fürdőszobabán kellett mosogatnunk és egy polcon csepegtetni. Este beszorult a földszinten lévő étterem szellőztetőjéből áradó halszag a lakásba, de szellőztetéssel ez kezelhető volt. Az ágy rendkívüli módon recsegett, az ágyrács a legkisebb mozdulatra is megreccsent.
