Having the small pool was fantastic! The air conditioning worked well and the kitchen had all the essentials. Management company was attentive via chat/whatsapp.
Had a leak under the sink in the bathroom. It was looked at by maintenance but not fixed. If you are a light sleeper, expect to be awakened very, very early with the cry of a local rooster. It'll harsh your Zen.

Safe & secure, pool was nice, design and layout very good and well maintained. Kitchen well equipped.
pool had mould on the bottom and edges. Kitchen faucet only had a trickle of water, plumber never came. no cushions on chairs, very uncomfortable. no emergency candles, water or matches for power outages; no kitchen cleaning products; concrete furniture uncomfortable and we got scratches on our legs; had access to laundry only because the owner unlocked the door. Never knew the owner's name until we received departing message.
