SCAM

A complete SCAM. I am traveling 30 years and it is the first time I am writing a review -I am doing that to ensure other travelers will not loose their money. I have booked a unit with a bedroom and a sofa at a livings room and when I checked in I realized the unit has no bedroom and only 2 beds at the living room ,on a condition worse than sleeping on a camp. I contacted them and initially they said it is a mistake of Booking.com but when I send them the confirmation mail I have received from their side with the number of the actual unit I have booked in it ,they admitted they have given my unit to someone else who booked for more days. I asked for a refund -while I needed to search for another unit to stay with my family of 4-they send me a mail that the relevant team is processing it and up to today ,while I have send them numerous mails they are not even replying back . Do not do the MISTAKE and book with them ,they are a full scam.

We left and expect our money back. Terrible.

There were way too many emails sent and therefore important information was lost. Instructions/ information was not clear.

We did not stay there, because when we arrived the room was occupied and dirty. We checked in after 4 pm (the time when the room was scheduled to be available), and other guests belonging were there. The beds, floor, and bathroom were dirty. There was no toilet paper. I called the owner who did not help.

Prestations chaotiques : à éviter !

L'emplacement est idéal, mais il y a des travaux dans l'immeuble voisin. Le bruit du marteau-piqueur est très présent, aussi bien tôt le matin que tard le soir.

Je n'ai pas apprécié ce séjour pour plusieurs raisons : Hygiène déplorable : Le logement était sale (cheveux derrière les portes, miettes le long des meubles). Équipements manquants ou défectueux : Pas de plat pour le four. Le canapé-lit est une catastrophe : il se plie en "V" une fois ouvert (tête et pieds vers le bas, fesses en l'air), rendant le sommeil impossible. Service Linge incompétent : J'avais commandé un kit complet, mais je n'ai reçu qu'une housse de couette et deux petites serviettes. Pas de draps, pas de grandes serviettes, ni tapis de bain, ni taies d'oreiller. S'en rendant compte tard le soir, j'ai dû dormir à même un matelas à l'hygiène douteuse. Si le nécessaire a été livré le lendemain, j'ai tout de même passé une nuit sur trois sans draps. On m'avait promis une compensation que j'attends toujours. Conseil : Passez votre chemin. Privilégiez les petits hôtels de Courchevel (1850, 1650 ou Le Praz) pour le même prix et un meilleur service.

Efficace, bon point de chute pour passer quelques nuit.

Acces simple. Bien expliqué Eau chaude : très chaude

Pas de précision sur l'accès au parking, pourtant disponible dans la résidence. Le chauffage était quasi non fonctionnel (peut être car encore en basse saison), nous nous sommes dépanné avec le chauffage d'appoint, mais pas suffisant pour être au top. Probablement pour les mêmes raisons, nous n'avons pas bu d'eau du robinet car elle était trouble..
