VV - E1 Suites Studio Modern Comfort & Spa Luxury

We loved the location of this impressive building, standing tall against the Rock. Once inside the apartment the views from the balcony of the Rock, are spectacular. Being on the 11th floor, the views are great. The apartment is fairly well equipped and the air conditioning works well.

There were delays in our getting into the apartment. After 3 times of filling in all the correct paperwork and paying in full, we were only sent check out instructions and not check in instructions. When we were sent the entry instructions it took a while to enter the room. When we eventually did get inside, we found the bed had not been made. This was disappointing. However, our delay had resulted in us missing our tour of The Rock. So, we requested to stay another night, which Vista Ventures agreed to. We paid immediately and this went smoothly. Despite the first day, it's still a nice place to stay and a lovely location.

Excellent facilities and communication

The Appartment at 11th floor is very clean and comfortable. You have a perfect view at the airport and can see airplanes take off. You can also see spain. The city is a 15 minutes walk, or take the bus that stops in front of it. The staff was really helpful if we had issues. AC was working, spacious fridge, oven, microwave. All you need

The spa and cafe were great

The smell of cleaning products in the flat were overpowering had to keep door open then there was a lot of noise
