The cozy living room invites you to sink into the U-shaped sectional and enjoy the large flat-screen TV with streaming, YouTube TV, and SONOS speakers. Sliding glass doors open to a screened-in balcony overlooking the canal (and even a peek of the gulf!), furnished with plush seating—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

The second floor also features a peaceful Primary Bedroom with a king bed, private balcony, spacious closets, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second guest bedroom with a king bed and a full hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower complete this level.
