1 minute walk to Victoria Mall

Excellent location - Botanic Gardens, Entebbe Zoo, Victoria Mall and lovely restaurants on the lake front were all walkable. The rooftop restaurant made us a delicious dinner when we arrived late on our first night and even went out to get us cider. Harriet was super helpful and kind when one of us wasn’t feeling well. Also a special mention to the health clinic downstairs - absolute professionals who sorted us out on the spot. Also when we needed late check out it was not an issue. WiFi was also very handy.

The location is convenient, close to K Hotel and Victoria Mall. The room size is decent—not too small—and a simple breakfast is provided.

- When paying in USD, the exchange rate given was very low, and there was no change provided, which meant I ended up overpaying for the room. - I booked a room with air conditioning, but was given a room with only one fan. The staff mentioned that the weather was cool, but that’s not the point—I paid specifically for an air-conditioned room. - Make sure you have internet access to contact the staff upon arrival, as there is no reception. I had to try contacting them multiple times (3–4 attempts, reaching out to 2 different people) before someone came to let me in. - The building is shared with other businesses. Although the room was said to be on the 2nd floor, it was actually on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. If you have heavy luggage, this place is not recommended—you may struggle a lot. I even had to leave my luggage under the stairs and pay the security guard to watch it overnight because I couldn’t carry it upstairs.

The host was very friendly. Also, the location was safe and very conveniently located. The bed was also very comfortable. Breakfast was not complimentary but could be purchased at an affordable price. The food was very tasty
