Proprietatea este într-o zonă liniștită, cu supermarket aproape.
De la proprietate, trebuie mereu trecute liniile de tren pentru a ajunge în Centru, iar uneori poate fi enervant. De asemenea, să citiți cu atenție regulamentul înainte fiindcă se percepe, pe lângă taxa de cazare, o taxă de 200 euro pentru “eventuale stricăciuni” sau “folosirea în exces a utilităților” + taxa de oraș. Noi nu am mai pățit până acum, scrie undeva în josul paginii, deci să fiți atenți!!! Noi nu văzusem și ne-a anunțat proprietarul abia când nu mai puteam anula gratuit cazarea. Dacă proprietarul consideră că e totul în regulă, veți primi integral banii înapoi după ce se încheie sejurul la câteva zile. Noi am primit doar 75% din suma înapoi fiindcă “am rupt” cearceaful patului care era deja deteriorat când noi am ajuns. Apartamentul nu arată extraordinar, multe lucruri stau să pice, iar patul de sus deși fain, nu puteți sta în picioare fiindcă plafonul e destul de jos și pentru a ajunge în pat, trebuie să mergeți destul de aplecați.
