Evelyn was a kind and responsive host. She replied promptly to my messages and offered a fan in the master bedroom. The complimentary late checkout was most unexpected and very much appreciated as I had a late afternoon flight. This is a great home with a lovely host. Highly recommended.

The check-in was easy and very quick. The lounge was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was, for the most part well kitted out, but could have done with a stirring spoon for cooking. The bedrooms are both ensuite, which is great. There was plenty of hot water.
Free on street parking was great. Location wise for us, it was great. We were walking to the centre each day for work, which took us around 10-15 minutes.
One of the mattresses in the 2nd room was uncomfortable, I just switched beds as I had that option.

Great size house, lots of bathrooms, very modern and well decorated.
Was not advised what a poor and run down area this is in. Advised that the house had adequate parking but in reality its first come, first served on the road. The sofa bed does not go together well and is unsuitable to use as a bed. The double bed in the main bedroom has what appears to be broken slats so the mattress sags. Temperature looks like it is set and therefore house is too hot. The yard is an eyesore. Needs some development.
