Everything, nice city view from rooms and spacious dining area and rooms, since being vegetarian, there is a pure veg restaurant on the ground floor from another hotel, where you can have your morning breakfast, however all utensils are provided in apartment kitchen to make your own food. Location is few minutes drive to Vishnupad Temple. Very polite and helpful owner
Overall great stay.
Can provide tea bags and a tea kettle as some people require their morning tea.

Location.
Smelly rooms. AC leaking in one of the bedrooms. Incomplete electrical work. The apartment is new. But the maintainence is not up to the mark. If this continous, then soon the apartment will become a place to skip.
