Stayed here for my boyfriend's birthday, and it was a lovely spot for a special occasion. The property owners were really responsive throughout, quick to reply and easy to communicate with, which made everything feel smooth from booking to check-in. The flat itself is modern and beautifully furnished. Some really thoughtful touches elevated the stay: earplugs left out (a small thing, but very considerate given the location), biscuits to help yourself to, and a selection of board games, which was a nice addition. The location worked well for what we needed, and overall, it had a warm, welcoming feel. Would happily recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-presented place to stay.

A couple of small things to be aware of, though none were dealbreakers. The property sits on a main road, so there's a steady level of background noise, nothing unreasonable for that kind of location, but worth knowing if you're a particularly light sleeper. The earplugs provided do help with this. The light switches were a real struggle, particularly in the main room, where they were almost impossible to turn on. They need a very firm, deliberate push, and even then, it took several attempts, definitely something the hosts should look into, as it became frustrating quickly, especially when arriving in the evening or trying to switch lights on at night. Lastly, the flat is up two flights of stairs with no lift, so anyone arriving with heavy or multiple suitcases should factor that in. However, it is manageable.

Location! In a bit of a dodgy place!

Space is large. Nice cold fridge.

Bare bones cheap interior. Entrance not really inviting. Bathroom not really clean, stained shower caulk, cheap toiletries. Its not a hotel experience. Its bare bones help yourself. No aircon but was aware of that
