Location.
Comfortable beds although squeaky.
Staff support and communications.
Brightly lit, white noise machine.
Bathrooms could be cleaner.
The locks are a fidget to get to.

Located in an area where there is plenty to see and do. Close to the metro and plenty of places to eat.

Clean, bright, attentive staff online.
Locks / codes needed to access toilets. No mirrors in bathrooms (needed for shaving, flossing, for example).
Loud (thanks for ear plugs)
Plastic covers on beds were awkward. When we removed them we couldn't fold them nicely to get them out of the way.
There was a bedside/ table lamp, but nowhere to plug it in on a table.
The window shades - clip system was awkward, cheap.
