A wonderful little but very comfortable flat, very clean! The bed was comfortable! Great location, very close to bus stops, as well as shops (supermarket, bakeries, restaurants, and Pagrati's main shopping street) and in a quiet street.

The apartment is beautiful, very spacious, and exceptionally well maintained. It is equipped with everything needed for both a short and a long stay, which made the stay very comfortable and convenient. The location is excellent, with a grocery store only a few steps from the apartment, and the historic center of Athens can be reached in about a 30-minute walk. The neighborhood is very quiet, friendly, and feels safe at all times. Public transport is also a great advantage of this place. Bus stops are located just a few steps from the apartment, and there are direct buses that provide easy access both to the beach and to the nearest metro line, making it very convenient to explore different parts of Athens without needing a car. Everything you may need during your stay — shops, public transport and other everyday amenities — is within a very short walking distance. Communication with the owner was perfect, and Mr. Spiros is a truly wonderful person who makes guests feel very welcome and well taken care of throughout the entire stay. I would highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again during my next visit to Athens.
