The property is very clean, spacious and area is also very quiet and calm, also very close to the our accessible area. Also the area looks safe even at late nights, since our situation was like that to travel in late night and early mornings .

Host was very rude in the calls and not friendly for all of their processes, even they have some online check-in process which is very good, but the system is not working and we were kept in waiting till such time , only during that time of issue from their side the host was soft, she is very rude only for the reason we have booked the property through booking.com, till the last moment she did not shared the correct location also to reach only after the check in issue, she started bowing her head. Even the care taker in that place is also not friendly, they are not even helping for parking the car and if water goes drain they are not putting water motor also, every time we have search them in the property and if we tell something they will never respond again, we have give multiple follow-ups or we have do the work, I've escalated this to host, she responded that you can treat this has your home and you can do what ever you need. During the key handover process, initially they have given wrong password to the key box and made us to wait a long time with luggage and kids, even wee tell them its not correct password, they are blaming us only, we have sent the video then they checked again with their teams and coming back with new password.
