Villa Smarana 2bdrs with private pool in Balangan

Good concept with two separate rooms and a big pool and garden. Open space is also cozy for spending time there. Communication and checkin was easy. I have enjoyed the room and pool but it wasn't so comfortable using the kitchen and bathroom. Internet was great, we could use it for work and online meetings.

EDIT: after our stay the staff reached out to me with a proof that they took my advice and treated faucets and renewed towels. I appreciate their willingness to accept feedback and react positively so I am changing my score to 8. Please replace towels and renew facilities to get the higher score. I had to ask my friend to bring me her towels as the ones in the property I couldn't use (they are not from cotton so all the hairs remain on them and body). Faucets also had to be renewed as there is a lot of corrosion on them.

It was very specious, brand new and the staff were amazing! We had some little hick ups but the team made sure to make it so comfortable as possible for us and helped us within a few minutes! The villa felt luxurious and everything was perfect for us. Definitely would book it again next time!
