Nile cruise from Luxor to Aswan 4 nights From Aswan to Luxor 3 nights

Abbiamo fatto la crociera da 7 notti in pieno Agosto e siamo super soddisfatti perché ci siamo divertiti un sacco. Sulla nave il personale é molto amichevole e il cibo ottimo. Le camere sempre pulite e ben manutenute così come le aree comuni e la piscina con il Sun deck. Per le varie visite abbiamo optato per una guida turistica privata (costo extra ma concordato e non obbligatorio) e ci siamo trovati molto bene (ciao Amir!) perché ci ha fatto un programma su misura per noi facendoci vedere più cose possibili compatibilmente coi tempi di navigazione/stazionamento della nave. Ci sono anche venuti a prendere e riportare in aeroporto. Insomma morale della favola questo viaggio auto-organizzato per una famiglia di 4 persone ci é costato un terzo di quanto ci avevano preventivato in agenzia ed é fattibilissimo in autonomia. In barba ai pregiudizi tutte le persone con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare sono state super affidabili e oneste e nessuno ha tentato di rubarci nulla o fregarci, ovvio la soglia dell’attenzione deve sempre essere alta e la guida in questo aiuta.

Bevande dei pasti extra costo ma cifre accettabili per noi europei. Problema delle mance, considerate una mancia finale per la nave e per i guidatori e per le guide ma in Egitto funziona così ovunque e bisogna metterlo in conto. Guida in lingua inglese che diventa un problema per chi non parla la lingua per seguire le spiegazioni. Forse 4 notti sono sufficienti per vedere i templi se si ha una guida che sa organizzare i tempi come la nostra ma ci sono comunque altre attività che si possono fare più di divertimento.

The boats on the Nile are not the prettiest on the outside however the boat we boarded (a last minute change) was extremely nice and very well kept in the inside. The rooms are small but very nice well decorated and spotlessly clean (as is the rest of the boat) excellent air con, one of the best showers I’ve ever had on a boat, a large firm but comfortable bed. Good tv, blackout curtains and a lovely smell throughout the whole vessel. I was very pleasantly surprised having taken many sea cruised and 2 previous Nile cruises I wasn’t expecting much ! Food was very tasty and varied !

The negatives are mostly down to personal choice however the gym is pretty poor being only big enough for 2 people ! Both machines (bike, treadmill) work and there are some free weights and a bench. My biggest gripe is meal times on day one breakfast started at 5am and finished at 7 lunch was 130 some days 1pm others and dinner 8pm ! Way too late In my opinion. Staff are mostly very friendly and helpful however English is not widely spoken !

Everything was exceptional ❤️❤️the staff were outstanding Mr Ashraf ,Mr mina ,Chef khalifa and all the crew were caring, helping and always smiling. The location was perfect everything around And Mr Michael in the gold and silver shop was super nice and extremely friendly and had a very nice collection of gold and silver with a reasonable prices i would recommend it ❤️ Overall it was an exceptional Trip ❤️❤️❤️❤️
