Bem localizado, fácil de entrar com o reconhecimento facial. Banheira muito boa.
Elevador social nao funcionou no dia de ir embora, mas usei o de serviço tranquilamente.

A localização é maravilhosa, o ambiente sem comentários de bom.
Queria colocar 2 situações. *A empresa que entrou em contato pra passar o link , no dia, so entrou em contato as 14:17 horas, com atraso, e nao respondia ao watts e as ligações, achei isso uma falha. *sobre a acomodação , so a TV não estava funcionando a Netflix e o controle remoto apresenta dificuldades pra conectar com YouTube, do mais tudo estava ótimo.

Conforto, limpeza facilidade de acessar garagens e apartamento pelo reconhecimento facial e senhas, orientações em vídeo em relação a vaga, tudo fácil.

Flat bem arrumado e atendeu muito bem .
Mas pecou nas toalhas de banho . Toalhas de extremamente finas , não secam e não condiz com o padrão do flat e nem o valor . Quem for leve suas toalhas . Sou acostumado a ficar em hotéis e motéis e nunca , nem no hotel mais simples que já fiquei tem uma toalha tão ruim . Anfitriões deveriam trocar urgente essas toalhas pra não decepcionar novos hóspedes .
